Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By accessing the website, playing Slayora, creating an account, joining support channels, voting, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Slayora Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the website, game, or store.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, your account security, and all actions taken on your account. You must not impersonate another player, staff member, or official Slayora account. Staff may restrict access when an account is linked to abuse, fraud, or rule violations.

3. Virtual Items and Store Purchases

Store purchases are for digital, in-game virtual items, benefits, ranks, bundles, or claimable rewards. Virtual items have no real-world cash value, are not a bank deposit, and are not owned property outside Slayora. Store purchases support server operation and development.

• All purchases are final unless Slayora management decides otherwise in writing.
• Refunds and chargebacks are not allowed for delivered or claimable digital items.
• You must enter the correct in-game username before checkout.
• You must review the order, item, price, and username before payment.
• Fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or payment abuse may result in removal of items, account restrictions, and service access restrictions.

4. Delivery and Claims

Paid store orders are processed through payment providers and then forwarded to the Slayora reward bridge. When a reward is available, it is claimed in-game using ::claim on the same username used at checkout. Delivery can be delayed by payment checks, network issues, maintenance, or manual review.

5. Payment Providers

Payments may be handled by third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or other available methods. Slayora does not store full payment card numbers. Processor terms, fees, fraud checks, and risk controls may also apply.

6. Rules and Enforcement

You must follow the Slayora Rules and staff instructions. Staff may warn, mute, jail, remove items, reset progress, suspend, ban, or restrict access when needed to protect the community, economy, players, staff, or service integrity.

7. Logs and Evidence

Slayora may keep logs for account security, purchases, reward delivery, anti-fraud checks, rule enforcement, support, and dispute responses. Logs may include usernames, IP addresses, timestamps, payment references, in-game command logs, chat logs, and delivery/claim records.

8. Changes

Slayora may update these Terms when the website, game, store, payment methods, rules, or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
